The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Supporting in all areas of HR
- Assisting in the end to end recruitment process
- Working with the recruitment team to ensure pre-employment checks are completed
- Leading the induction and onboarding processes, including the coordination of monthly orientations for new starters
- Carrying out onboarding surveys to measure effectiveness
- Reviewing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures
- Assisting in the coordination of effective priorities and development reviews
- Providing administrative support to the Head of HR
- Participating in ad hoc project work, ensuring all project management software is updated
- Producing HR related reports
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other HR teams

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Coordinator will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn

**What's on Offer**:

- Salary of up to £30,000
- Working hours - 8:30-5 Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working (after 6 month probation period)
