Job Title: Contract Specialist

**Duties**:

- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts, including drafting contract language and negotiating terms with vendors or clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contract requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is in place
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions
- Identify and resolve contract-related issues or disputes in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to contract management

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex contractual documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
- Proficient in contract management software or tools with relevant higher education qualification (BA Business LLB etc)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of legal principles related to contracts and procurement processes
