Holiday cover cleaner required for a lovely residential development located at Chatham Docks.

Cover required for the following dates:
(Start time can be altered slightly to as late as 09:30am)
Thursday 14th March - 08:00am-13:00pm (5 hours)
Tuesday 19th March - 08:00am-13:00pm (5 hours)
Friday 22nd March - 08:00am-12:00pm (4 hours)
Saturday 23rd March - 08:00am-12:00pm (4 hours)
Monday 25th March - 08:00am-13:00pm (5 hours)
Tuesday 26th March - 08:00am-13:00pm (5 hours)
Wednesday 27th March - 08:00am-13:00pm (5 hours)
Thursday 28th March - 08:00am-13:00pm (5 hours)
Friday 29th March - 08:00am-12:00pm (4 hours)
Saturday 30th March - 08:00am-12:00pm (4 hours)

£11.05 per hour, 4 weekly pay in line with contractual cleaners pay day will be Friday 12th April.

Duties include but are not limited too:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Vacuum residential corridors and communal area staircases
- Vacuum and mop reception lobby areas
- Dust and damp wipe low level and high level around all communal areas
- Litter picking external areas around proximity of the building
- Sweeping and tidying bin stores and bike stores
- Clean and sanitize staff toilet and replenish supplies
- Empty rubbish and replace garbage bags in office
- General clean to office / small kitchenette, wipe surfaces, vacuum and mop floors
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Note: Previous experience as a cleaner is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.05 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 34 per week
