**Key Requirements**:

- Visiting sites when necessary
- Ensuring the timely quotation of works
- Commercial astute
- Persuasive
- Detailed, put's everything in writing and has a 'do it right first time' attitude
- On time finisher of assigned tasks
- Collaborates very closely with Delivery
- Completes successful handovers
- Ontime & detailed finisher of stretch assignments from Assistant Pre-Construction or or Pre-Construction Manager
- Helps train new Surveyors and Estimators
- An ambassador for compliance holding everyone around you to account to Harmony’s 100% compliance objectives
- Identifying and mitigating risk to the business at all stages withing the pre-construction phase
