**Responsibilities**:

- To manage your room team on a daily basis
- To plan & provide stimulating learning opportunities following the EYFS.
- To ensure high standards of child care are maintained at all times.
- To support the Manager by playing an active part of the nursery management team

**To be successful at Kaleidoscope Day Nurseries, Room Leaders will have**:

- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- At least 2 years Early Years’ experience
- Knowledge of Child Development and the EYFS
- A sound understanding of safeguarding and how to put this into practice
- Experience of leading a team of staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,600.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
