**Recovery Advisor - Thinking Well Service

**Salary**: £22,054 - £24,187 per year
37 hours per week
Based in Eastbourne, Lewes, and Bexhill** This role would be a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has recently graduated from university or has an interest in a career in mental health. Within the Thinking Well team you will have lots of opportunities to expand and improve on skills that you mayhave already or to learn new ones from working alongside our clinical and community team.

The Thinking Well Service offer a dedicated specialist Personality Disorder Service across three locations in East Sussex. Working in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the service will offer therapeutic clinical treatment programmesincluding Schema, MBT approaches alongside community support programmes, recovery, and peer support groups with the objective of improving the health and wellbeing of individuals who have a range of complex presentations within secondary mental health services.

We are looking to appoint a full time Recovery Advisor to work within this service. Applicants should have experience of working in a mental health setting, and preferably with people with a personality disorder or Complex presentation. You will be committedto working within a co-production model to develop the service. The service covers three locations, and you will be required to work from all three Locations.
