**Location**: Basingstoke/Hybrid
**Hours**: 37.5 per week
**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
**Holidays**: 25 days per annum plus BH

At Tomato Energy, we do energy differently. Our dedicated team is uniting communities nationwide to harness the power of locally-generated sustainable energy. Through our 'Tomatopia' movement, we provide extensive rooftop solar and battery storage solutions with zero upfront costs, empowering communities to self-generate clean electricity and contribute to their local area's energy ecosystem.

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting, brand-new role focused on community-driven marketing. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Community Campaigns, you'll play a pivotal role as the internal face of our community marketing department. Expect a fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for growth and career development within the energy sector.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the function of the community marketing department by refining marketing systems and processes.
- Assist in marketing planning, ensuring effective collaboration across departments and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate event activations and door-to-door staffing, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
- Manage direct mail requirements and refining processes.
- Collaborate with the campaigns team and agencies to create compelling content that resonates with our audiences.
- Support community managers with local event collateral and reporting ROI on community activities.
- Handle ad hoc amends to artwork and ensuring efficient invoice management.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A passion for renewables.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prioritization skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana).
- Event marketing and organisation experience.
- Familiarity with print and mail house requirements.
- Previous work with marketing agencies.
- Basic design software skills.
