Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join an established team in one of Newquay’s most successful offices.

This is a rarely available opportunity with scope for progression and the opportunity to work in one of Cornwall's most desirable areas.

As a Residential Sales Negotiator you will be tasked with viewings, agreeing sales and sales progression through to legal completion. The role requires the very highest levels of customer service at all times, with an attention to detail and the drive to succeed.

Team Overview

Joining a current team of 10.

Key Responsibilities of The Role
- Deal with incoming calls
- Applicant care in line with company procedures
- Efficiently deal with Vendors and Buyers enquiries
- Effectively registering applicants
- Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
- Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants
- Provide clear and precise feedback to vendors, buyers and applicants following viewings and updating our CRM with feedback regularly.
- Negotiating the terms of new sales with vendors and buyers and managing the paperwork
- Booking in market appraisals taking all necessary information
- Facilitating applicant and client acceptance documentation i.e AML
- Accounting to the sales manager for all the above

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

We need someone who has a passion for providing excellent customer service; you should have a willingness to go the extra mile to help the team success as well as a proven record of hitting targets.

Minimum of 12 months sales negotiator experience

Negotiator requirements:

- Knowledge of Newquay/Cornwall property market
- Track record of achieving targets
- Confident and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Monitor and grow local profile including developing marketing and PR opportunities
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
