**Head of Commercial**

**Salary**: c£60,0000 + bonus scheme

**Key Responsibilities**

*** Commercial Mastery**
- Review, redevelop, and embed commercial policies, standards, and protocols for all products.
- Spearhead business plans and sales strategies, transcending charity targets.

*** Strategic Collaboration**
- Formulate an integrated process for sales funnelling, covering outreach, onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Product and Marketing teams to drive impactful commercial initiatives.

*** Visionary Leadership**
- Establish inbound lead requirements, providing full visibility into the sales pipeline's developmental stages.
- Set high service expectations for customer-facing roles, using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) tool as a key motivator.

**Experience/Knowledge & Skills**
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (desirable)
- 5+ years of planning and executing sales strategies, with a preference for multi-site organization experience (essential)
- Proven track record of elevating customer engagement within a commercial environment (essential)
- Leadership experience, ideally in managing remote teams (desirable)
- Team leadership with a focus on creating a culture where customer experience is a top priority (essential)
- Exceptional ability to analyze and evaluate data against key indicators (essential)
- Proficient in project management, delivering successful projects (essential)
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills (essential)
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel (essential)
- In-depth understanding of customer requirements, product development, and sector trends (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of and interest in healthy living principles and ideals (essential)
