**Job Description**:
**The Role**
- Creating employee files and ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards.
- Conducting pre-employment checks including DBS, Right To Work and references.
- Calling applicants for initial pre-screening calls and to arrange interviews.
- Adding new starters to our systems ensuring accurate data is input.
- Preparing training documentation and certificates.
- Occasionally attending events such as Job Fairs with the Group Recruitment Manager. Please note these may sometimes fall out of ours e.g. finishing later on in the evening.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Criteria**
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new IT systems.
- Must drive and have access to car.

Additional Information
**Details**
- Salary of £23,000
- Our office hours 8:30am-4:30pm in Stockport, and for the once-a-week travel to Chelford, it is 9am-5pm.
- Full-time office based, Monday-Friday working.
- Onsite car parks.
