Restaurant Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Managing service processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Providing support and guidance to staff to enhance performance and productivity
- Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service and achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining areas
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Demonstrated expertise in restaurant supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
