We have a number of challenging Hygiene Technician roles for an established Fresh Meat Processing business.

We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:
4on 4off; 06:00 - 18:00

4on 4off; 18:00 - 06:00

Monday - Friday; 22:00 - 06:00

Salary on offer is £11.55/hr on days and £13.05/hr on nights.

THE HYGIENE TECHNICIAN ROLES
- Carry out scheduled cleaning of departmental machinery, equipment, and environment's
- Deep clean of the production lines
- Carry out all cleaning tasks in conjunction with implemented cleaning instructions
- Operate in a safe manner ensuring that no one is placed at risk of accident or injury during the performing of cleaning and hygiene duties.
- Safely isolate and lock off equipment as required.
- Perform cleaning and hygiene duties according to cleaning schedules, cleaning procedures and / or as otherwise advised.
- Identify and report any safety, quality, engineering or hygiene issues to superiors - particularly if there is the possibility of injury, food safety or equipment reliability issues or risk of dust in the environment.

THE CANDIDATE
- Hygiene Experience from a manufacturing environment would be highly desirable.
- No previous experience required (although desirable) as full one to one training will be given
- Must be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
