**A leading commercial supplier of catering equipment and Portable Kitchens to both public and private sector clients across the globe are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join their expert team in Cheltenham.**In this role, you will aid in the planning and delivery of foodservice projects such as installations in Traditional buildings, tent structures and modular buildings within the UK and occasionally Europe and other worldwide locations.
This position is office based, with the requirement to work on-site as needed. You will be offered a car allowance plus mileage
Internally, you will be working with other departments including Sales, Design, and Technical Support in the preparation of project delivery plans. Whilst in the office, there will be liaisons with the PSD Manager and the PSD Estimator.
Externally, the role will include the site delivery and management of foodservice installations. This would be a hands-on role and there would be an expectation for you as part of the team to assist with the movement and positioning of equipment and units.
You will require a CSCS competency card as a minimum however a manager’s card is preferred. You will also need previous experience in construction site work, but site supervision is not essential.
**Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor**:

- Take responsibility for the profitable delivery of projects on time and within the agreed budget.
- Provide leadership for Company and sub-contract teams
- Manage quality issues to ensure that the standards specified by the client are met
- Liaise closely with the client on all matters relating to the project.
- Work tightly to the contract with the client and ensure that all contractors have clear contracts and subsequent written communication.
- If on-site, daily progress report back to the PSD Manager.
- Maintain a tight grip on costs on a day-to-day basis.
- Work tightly within the client contract and ensure that all contractors working have clear scopes of work.
- Ensure that any changes or delays by the client are communicated internally and externally.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to control a small team in a fast-moving environment and take a “hands-on” approach to your work. You will need to hold strong attention to detail with a financial and operational mindset and takedecisions logically while working to a tight deadline.
**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
**Salary**: £33,875 + Benefits, Car Allowance, Phone, Laptop
