Handy Man

Duties:

- Conducting general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Repairing or replacing broken fixtures and fittings
- Performing routine inspections to identify issues and ensure properties are well-maintained
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients or tenants
- Installing appliances, equipment, or systems as needed
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary

Pay: £24,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
