Job Overview:
We are seeking a part time worker to join our long established team. We support people to live independently in their own homes, part of the role may involve supporting a child with a visual disability and other health problems. however shifts on our normal care rota will also be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Support clients in following care plans and maintaining their independence
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with residents and team members
- Valid driver's license to assist with transportation needs
- Experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
- Ability to follow and implement care plans effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents and their families

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.75-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
