Enabling Others are looking for support workers who drive to cover our Coalville Location in our complex care team.

WE HAVE 97% STAFF RETENTION OVER AN 19 MONTH PERIOD

GOOD RATE OF PAY £12.00 PER HOUR

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - Full training offered and 24 hour support offered

Location: Coalville

Full time / part time / waking night / sleeping nights and weekends available

**IMMEDIATE START**

minimum shift time 7 hours, maximum shift time 15 hours

Job description:
We are seeking complex care support workers to assist our clients to live independently within their own homes. We will offer support in the following areas:

- Building relationships
- Personal care
- Access to community and leisure activities
- Meeting nutritional needs
- Maintaining family relationships
- Promote overall health and well being
- Meeting communication and sensory needs
- Support attendance to appointments
- Follow care plans and activity planners
- Support development of care plans

This role is paid at a complex care rate as it may mean that the clients we are supporting experience challenging behaviour and Complex Needs.

Full training and support offered. Including positive behaviour support and physical intervention, First aid and Makaton.
