**Hybrid - Swansea**
- We are working with a leading CRM Consultancy who have an excellent opportunity for an experience Agresso Consultant to join their team and support the Milestone 7 upgrade for a key Public Sector client.

**The role**:
You will be primarily responsible for the technical support and development of the configuration of the Agresso solution and Milestone 7 upgrade for a leading Public Sector client. You will be required to translate business requirements into solution design and functional requirements along with documenting Agresso software configuration.

**Skills / experience**:

- Experience within a similar Agresso / Unit 4 / HR Payroll ERP role with experience of Agresso ERP implementations and / or upgrades
- Experience working within a consultancy environment an advantage
- Experience in building deep customer relationships
- Experience in Business Process Analysis & Design
- High level written and verbal communication skills with first class stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong relationship management, teamwork, communication, and reporting and presentation skills
- UNIT4 academy training for HR or Payroll and / or Prince2 (or similar) is desirable
