Product Instructor/trainer

**As a **Product Trainer **you will support the facility requirements off all onsite driver training. You are responsible for the delivery of training on all products to all personnel as required to the approved standard. You will ensure that all assessments of personnel are in accordance with approved training programmers, assessment methods and standards of competence.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Management of all Material Handling Equipment training records and keep them up to date.
- Organise and administer operator training.
- Deliver basic and specific training including refresher courses.
- Producing course syllabus and training manuals.
- Evaluate training and amend programs as required
- Maintain an accurate training data base which enables and supports the scheduling of refresher training as per policies and procedures.
- Update policies, procedures, risk assessments and traffic management as required.
- Deliver other business-related training as required within the department to support the business goals and objectives.

- Must hold a valid instructor’s license to deliver in-house MHE/Plant equipment training.
- Must hold a valid licenses for FLT and plant equipment.
- Must have proven experience of delivering MHE/Plant equipment training.
- Focused on safety and delivering high quality training.
- Must have clear and concise communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure company standards of training met.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to train personnel.
- Basic Microsoft office/windows and pc skills.
- Must be medically fit and attend the required company driver medical.
- Risk Assessment trained.

**Job Title**:Product Instructor/Trainer

**Salary**:Starting £29,843.12 and rising to £33,080.47 when role triggers are met

**Contract**:Permanent
