Assembler/fitter

Alvan Blanch designs and manufactures large scale machinery for processing crops all around the world.

We're seeking a skilled assembly operative to join our production operation, producing machines and sub-assemblies with a precision, care and efficiency.

Skills required:

- Accomplished in assembly of large-scale machinery
- Working to engineering drawings.
- Fitting skills (component alignment, shaft and drive fitting etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing.
- Attention to detail and able to spot defects.
- Agility and good levels of fitness (to suit the nature of the work on large structures)

Competitive pay available with opportunities for overtime a 1.5x and productivity bonus.
