Restaurant Supervisor

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate the restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen team, and support staff. Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Uphold the restaurant's commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.
- **Operational Oversight**: Monitor and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Provide constructive feedback and support their professional growth.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established protocols and address any issues promptly.
- **Communication**: Foster effective communication within the team and liaise with other departments as needed. Relay important information from management to the staff and vice versa.
- **Problem Solving**: Address challenges and conflicts in a proactive and diplomatic manner. Collaborate with the management team to find solutions and continuously improve operational efficiency.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
