.Job title: Lead Project Professional - Site & Facilities

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

**Salary**: From £43,373 per annum dependent on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

- Responsible for the requirements capture, design, implementation, delivery, commissioning and handover of major construction and engineering projects
- Controlling project costs through full lifecycle incorporating contractual and supply chain costs, accurate forecasting aligned to spend profiles
- Controlling project activities including site management and contractor control
- Maintain and manage a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken

Your skills and experiences:

- Experience of successfully managing major projects i.e. up to multi-million pound value
- Experience of managing a team and effectively communicating at all levels internally and externally
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Development of Project Management Plans, Presentation packs, LCM presentation material

The Major Projects Team:
This role sits within the Major Projects team reporting to a Project Manager and is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of Major Infrastructure, Facilities and Construction Projects ranging from small investment projects to multi-million pound projects.
