Gemporia Craft comprises of four craft brands JewelleryMaker, HobbyMaker, Sewing Street & Visible Image bringing you live demonstrations from crafting experts every day on Freeview, Sky and YouTube and our brand websites.

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Camera Operator to produce live TV for the growing Gemporia Craft side of the business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for filming up to 5 hours of Live TV every day on Jewellery Maker, Sewing Street and Hobby Maker.

You will be working collaboratively with our Directors, Producers and Presenting team, often working in a high-pressured environment. Time management and attention to detail are essential in this role.

**Duties**:

- Create high quality and engaging TV
- Ensure that viewers can clearly see on air products and demonstrations
- Work closely with the director and presenter to ensure the best possible output
- Ensure that output looks profession and to a high standard at all times
- The ability to manage and prioritise workload in an effective manner.
- Use initiative to step in where necessary.
- Strong social skills & confidence in approaching and working closely with Presenters & Guests.
- Develop ideas and have a strong creative vison

**Experience**:

- Excellent camera work
- Experience in studio work preferable
- Proficiency using Adobe Premier and Photoshop
- Team Player - Works as part of a team to achieve common goals through shared ambition, communication, and collaboration.
- Actively contributes to the team, understands team goals and how they fit in.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same.

Salary £18,491 per annum working a 7 day fortnight shift pattern (includes Saturday and Sunday) 28 paid hours per week

**Our studios are based in Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 9HF - you must be able to commute to this location without having to relocate**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,491.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
