Handy Person

We are looking to recruit a Handy Person to join our Team here is St Albans on a permanent basis.

**About the Role**

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you’ll undertake a range of basic repairs and installations of window, doors, ironmongery, benches, planters, decking, fencingetc to our customers across the Westminster area.

**About You**

Ideally you will hold a trade related qualification, City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent with a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card and you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12.
