Apex Recruitment are a Warwick based family owned and run recruitment agency with a history spanning over 40 years securing our place in the market as recruitment solution specialists within Automotive, Engineering and Manufacturing industries.
The successful Marketing Executive will spend an initial training period based at the office in Warwick, with a hybrid model of working introduced after a successful probation period offering 2 days remote working (the office is always open, so this is yourchoice).

The key duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

- Manage PR activity in liaison with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Edit/create relevant content/blogs/vlogs.
- Create relevant and ‘on brand’ Apex videos - including initial design and content and deliver final result.
- Grow relevant “followers” on social media platforms.
- Engage with “followers” with relevant content, such as videos, newsletters and hot jobs.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout internal and external campaigns.
- Work with Sales and Marketing Director to create a 12 month marketing plan with associated content to be released consistently throughout the year.
- Produce electronic literature/brochures for our clients.
- Assist with lead generation.

- Monitor rankings for agreed words and phrases.
- Assist with website build and design.
- Understand SEO and changes required to get more traffic.
- Understand ROI and SEO of job adverts.
- Monitor cookies and tracking of people.

Working hours will be 25 hours a week.
