Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Attending to our guest enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with their issues swiftly, positively and professionally
Providing a friendly and efficient service, always ensuring ensure a high standard of hospitality, with an excellent knowledge of the estate and the fabulous facilities available to our guests
Attending monthly departmental meetings, proactively contributing continued improvement
Building strong working relationships with our members and guests, as well as your colleagues across the estate
Dealing with operational customer feedback and communicating this to the Health Club management team
Ensuring all bookings are communicated to the team, with specific guests requirements noted and delivered
Maintaining the accuracy of our database, gathering, verifying and recording guest information to build invaluable guest profile information
The working pattern consists of a combination of shifts working across 5 days out of 7, weekday shifts 6.00 am - 2.30pm / 2.00pm
- 10.30pm weekend shifts 6.30am - 3.00pm / 2.00pm - 10.30pm

**The kind of person we're looking for**:
Ideally, you have experience in a similar setting with an outstanding customer service track record
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
