Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing business customers provided by the company.
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Provide information about the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Demonstrate the value of the company's offerings to potential customers and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Build and maintain relationships with business customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, sales results, and customer information.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the company on opportunities for product and service improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve sales skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales technology and tools, such as CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
