Trainee Dispatch Clerk

**Dispatch Office Trainee required for our Wunda PLC Dispatch office, based in Bridgend, South Wales.**

We now rapidly need to expand our professional team based in Bridgend, South Wales to keep pace with demand for our products.

**The opportunity**: We have a new vacancy for a dispatch clerk trainee starting immediately with all training provided in-house.
- Full Time position 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm however will need to be flexible to suit business needs.
- 20 Holidays

**Pay Rates**: £11 per hour, offered with a review after the probation period expires.

We also have on-site parking with excellent staff facilities provided.

- Be organised and have good time management.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and telephone manner
- Be reliable and dependable with good timekeeping,
- Good MSN Office knowledge with accurate keyboard skills,
- Good English language, Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Be flexible and have a 'can-do' attitude and be willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Consistently achieve the minimum acceptable performance standards that are set.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards whilst following workplace health and safety rules at all times.
- Previous experience in a dispatch role using MSN 365 and Warehouse Management Systems would be ideal.
