**Team/Specialism**:Senior Practitioner - 14+ Leaving Care

**Pay Rate**: £ per hour (assignment rate)

**Contract**:Locum, 3-Months

**Hours**: Full-time

**Requirements of the Social Work Senior Practitioner**:

- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
