**SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB**

As an office cleaner at HSG, you'll ensure the cleanliness of the office building and relevant assets. To provide the highest quality service and professionalism always.

**Times of work**

Monday and Friday 10am - 4pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10am - 2pm

**Salary**

£10.42 hourly rate (increasing to £11.44 from the 1st April)

**Terms of the role**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**As an office cleaner, you will be required to**:

- Keeping public areas in an office block clean and tidy, including but not exclusive to corridors, reception areas and stairwells
- Cleaning toilets and kitchens
- Cleaning of the management office
- To report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
- To operate cleaning equipment
- Emptying waste bins

**Requirements**:

- Have the right to work in the UK
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proactive attitude to work
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but full training will be provided

**FLEXABILITY**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
