**Job title**:Lead PM&C Professional

**Salary**:£43,373+ depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting and managing the development of project professionals
- Co-ordination and compilation various project reports both internally and externally, CAM Packs, SOFT etc. and feeding into integration and Project Performance Reviews.
- Co-ordination of activities across the full Support scope, including Working Groups and workshops with all Industry Partners and MoD.
- Deputising for Project Manager when they are unavailable
- Be the initial point of contact for day to day management issues of the scope
- Representing the business and the team in wider enterprise meetings and workshops
- Assisting the PM in contracting additional scope through the current contract period

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- University Degree, or a substantial amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
- Proficient in MS office packages
- Good knowledge and experience of Project management
- Be well organised and good attention to detail
- Able to communicate well in often complex situations with difficult stakeholder dynamics
- Confident to challenge decisions and represent the interests of the business

Desirable:

- APMPQ
- Submarine Support background and strong reporting background

As a Lead PM&C Professional, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and reporting of the SSNA Support Programme.
