SEND Case Coordinator needed with South Gloucestershire Council

**Start Date**:

- ASAP

**Location** - Yate

**Duration** - Initially 3 months

**Hours per week** - 37 hours per week

**Salary** - £16.28 an hour

**Description**:

- The SEND Case Coordinator will hold a caseload, in line with the job profile of the SEND Case Officer
- As a Case Coordinator you will be responsible for statutory assessment and ensuring that are completed in a timely way, writing EHCP, identifying suitable schools and resolving parental issues
- This role will also involve processing annual reviews within statutory timescales, attending annual reviews, processing change of placements, presenting cases to panel etc.
- You will be supervised by the Team Leader SEND, you will also have access to advice and guidance from the Senior SEND Coordinators within the team as require

**What is required?**
- You will hold a relevant qualification e.g. NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
- You will have relevant practical experience acquired through training or on the job experience
- You will have experience working within a similar role
