Due to the promotion of the post holder, Bede Academy are seeking to recruit a highly committed, enthusiastic and effective Vice Principal -Pastoral (Secondary) to join our successful team.

To play a major role under the direction of the Principal in delivering the Vision, Mission and Virtues of the Trust, the aims and objectives of the academy, upholding our leadership expectations, leading our Pastoral Care systems across the academy (including alignment with Pastoral Leads at the Primary site) and ensuring there is effective and robust pastoral provision that supports outstanding teaching and learning.

A relocation allowance, which is usually tax free under Inland Revenue regulations, may be available where the employee’s new home is reasonably close to the workplace and their former home is not.
