**Who are we looking for?**

The role of Front of House will be the face and engine room of our central Support Office, responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for team and visitors, as well as optimal organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience while completing a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship alongside your role, with 20% paid 'off-the-job' training so you can build your customer service and organisation skills.

You will work a flexible work pattern within the office opening hours (08:00-18:00), with the flexibility to attend out of hours meetings and events as required. This role will require attendance at the N Support Office (based in Shoreditch, London) for 4 days per week.

The role requires impeccable people skills and a desire to always Go Beyond. Day-to-day you will welcome visitors, oversee management of the office, ensuring that communal areas remain well-presented and well-stocked, as well as overall responsibility for Facilities & Maintenance to ensure the office remains in good working order.

You will also assist with administrative tasks focused around our N Strategy, and the coordination of events and celebrations, which are a core part of employee experience at N. You will Play as a Team and offer administrative support across all departments, in particular offering diary management & minute taking of key meetings for the Managing Director.

This role will transition into increased Personal Assistant responsibilities for the Managing Director following a mid-year review.

**This role will require attendance at the N Support Office (based in Shoreditch, London) for 4 days per week.**

**Day to day you will**:

- Be the face of employee experience, welcoming team members on their first day with the company, and at training events held in the office
- Own the ‘Go Beyond’ experience within the office - ensuring the stationery cupboard, cleaning store and communal areas remain well-stocked & that the meeting spaces are well-presented.
- Manage bookings of the meeting rooms and training space, including sourcing external spaces and ordering breakfasts/lunches/snacks as and when required.
- Providing administration support to the leadership team including regulatory administrative support and diary managementReceiving and distributing post and performing errands as and when required
- Support in the organisation of key team and company wide events, such as, our annual Summer BBQ and Winter party
- Liaising with the office cleaning team, ensuring they maintain high standards of cleanliness Liaison with the building’s management company when required
- Liaison with the Facilities and Maintenance team to ensure that the office is kept in impeccable condition, and any repairs are carried out quickly and safely
- Liaison with our external IT support regarding Support Office tech
- Diary Management & Minute-taking at key meetings
- Creation of basic presentations and information packs on behalf of the leadership team as and when required
- Gradually increasing diary management, inbox management and other administrative/PA support for the Managing Director
- Support with administrative tasks & overflow project work across all N departments as and when required (on an ad-hoc basis)

**What you need to bring with you**:

- Experience in a relevant customer-facing or office management role would be useful, but is not essential
- Where you have not already achieved Level 2 English & Maths, you will be required to do so before taking the apprenticeship end-point assessment
