Warehouse Operative

The Role

Due to continued success we are delighted to be working with a very well established company based in Burgess Hill who are seeking Trainee Wiring Operatives to join their growing team. No experience is necessary for this position as full training will be provided Would also suit someone that has come from a warehouse, assembly, production or factory environment. Duties will include:
Crimping, Inserting crimps into connectors, Sleeving
Checking for any abnormalities/defects
Assist with any warehousing or Stores duties as required
Opportunity for learning and development

**Requirements**:
You will need to possess good dexterity as you will be handling small parts and completing tasks that require a steady hand. You will need to be reliable and punctual due to early starts and this role requires excellent attention to detail. This a repetitve role so you will be self motivated and enjoy working in a production environment.
