- 6 Month Temporary Position based in Trafford

**About Our Client**:
My client is part of the NHS family working within the Public Sector across Greater Manchester. They provide health and medical care services across the North West.

**The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant will include, but may not be limited to;**
- Provide administrative and secretarial services
- Support in diary management, document formatting, meeting arrangements and supporting colleagues
- To support to the Programme Director(s)
- Managerial and administrative tasks
- Responsible for a range of delegated projects and business activities
- Inputting data onto office systems, Excel and PowerPoint
- Arrange high level meeting and minute taking
- Issuing correspondence
- Ensuring all work is saved into a shared folder and maintaining an effective electronic and paper filing system
- Research and prepare agendas
- Manage room booking and coordination
- Monitor stationery ordering
- Arrange all travel and hotel requirements

**The Successful Applicant**:
**The successful Executive Assistant** **must possess the following skill set and experience.**
- Background working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Public Sector and Government experience desirable
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Excellent oral and written reporting skills
- Excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
- Significant executive level or administrative/ secretarial background
- Excellent proven knowledge of IT systems and software programme
- Strong organisational skills
- Work within local policy and service requirements
- Ability to prioritise workload and to be organised and efficient in work
