IT Manager

**IT MANAGER**

FPSG are proudly working in partnership with a highly established logistics business based throughout the UK. Due to the current developments within the company, we are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the team at one of the Scottish depots.

You will have working experience within on prem and cloud IT Infrastructure management, be a hands on and confident leader in the sector and be passionate about technology.

**The Role**:

- Building external vendor relationships.
- Hands on technical experience within IT infrastructure i.e server/firewall configuration, LAN/WAN & PABX.
- Manage the End User Compute assets (onsite & remote support).
- Retain IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Lead Security & Cyber Essentials.
- Enhance MS products (O365 & SharePoint).
- Internal system administration.
- Communicate relevant data information.
- Report and trace service level management and performance.
- Use best practices to drive improvements and cost development.
- Manage all 1st line support functions.

**About You**:

- Technical experience of server infrastructure and associated technologies.
- Admin experience within Windows 10 and O365.
- Confident in using Azure (MS & AD).
- Hold a security certification.
- Hold a PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
- Excellent communicator, written and verbally.
- Committed to continuous improvement for all processes and tools.
- Hands on leader that can build effective working relationships.
- Ability to action problems to find solutions.
