**Position: Marketing Assistant**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with our global offices to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.
- Coordinate with external brands for international cooperation and partnership opportunities.
- Create compelling content that showcases our projects, achievements, and insights into the architecture and design world.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to guide strategy adjustments and report on performance.
- Assist with the organization and promotion of firm events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Design related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the creative design/architecture industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for retail design.
- Authorization to work in the UK.
