A fantastic opportunity for a experienced bartender to join our Front of House team at Lezzet.

We are a busy Mediterranean Bistro with a passion for food, serving freshly prepared Mediterranean Cuisine to share amongst family and friends.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate people who love the industry as much as we do.

Previous bar experience is preferred and will be advantageous.
Must have a high understanding of food hygiene in a restaurant setting.

We have both Full & Part time positions available, with salary dependent on hours and the opportunity for additional tips and bonuses.

**As a Lezzet team member**:

- you'll be working in a fast-paced restaurant, meeting hundreds of guests every day.
- you’ll help our guests create an unforgettable experience, so they can leave the restaurant fully satisfied and excited to return.
- you'll help to ensure the bar and restaurant are always clean, welcoming and inviting to our guests by following our health and safety procedures.
- you'll be working as part of our brilliant team communicating and supporting each other.
- you’ll have a passion for our food and refreshments, encouraging our guests to explore the menus and to try new things.

**This role will require you to**:

- Ensure the smooth running of the bar to a high standard.
- Stock management and ordering of stock.
- Supervision of deliveries.
- Organising storage area for bar stock.
- Work closely with the Managers to create an offering of refreshments that is in line with the menu. Including seasonal cocktail menus.
- Manage glassware.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests
- Assisting members of the team on duty with the day to day running of the restaurant.
- Oversee the cleanliness bar and restaurant area and pay attention to possible hazards.
