**The role**:
**Are you a Corporate Associate 2 years PQE with a passion for M&A work? If so, this leading Bristol team would like to hear from you.**

This team deals with complex, high-profile and cross-border transactions on behalf of public and private corporate clients, institutional investors and private individuals.

As a junior, you can expect a broad diet of transactional work across private company acquisitions and disposals, public company takeovers, complex restructurings and reorganisations and equity investments and will be encouraged to take on responsibility from the outset.

The team is looking for someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.
- Corporate Solicitor 2 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
