**The Chichester College Group **is the largest provider of further education in Sussex and is comprised of 5 Colleges based at Chichester, Crawley, Worthing, Haywards Heath, and Brinsbury near Pulborough which is land-based. **The Receptionist Role**:
Would you like to be a part of an outstanding College and want to be part of an enthusiastic Reception Team, supporting the needs of students, staff and customers?

As a **Receptionist, **you will be** **providing a front of house reception service including greeting visitors, receiving incoming calls, responding to enquiries and signposting customers to college services.

**Key Responsibilities of our** **Receptionist**:

- Contributing to the team and to support other college staff.
- Carrying-out administrative tasks for other teams upon request.
- Greeting visitors and respond to enquiries made to Reception.
- Allocating visitor badges using the visitor badge software and camera.
- Undertaking data input as required.
- Maintaining electronic diaries as required, including arranging appointments/events as necessary.
- General administration duties.
- Ensuring an appropriate standard of behaviour is maintained by staff and students using the Reception office and outer area.
- Maintaining appearance of Reception office and outer areas.
- Administering car parking permits and campus transport bookings.

**Our ideal Receptionist should have the below skills and experience**:

- Education to GCSE standard Grade C (or equivalent) including English
- Experience in an administrative role within a busy customer-focused environment
- Procedures associated with a busy customer service area
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all ages and levels, verbally and in writing
- Commitment to providing service excellence to internal/external customers
