Claims and Customer Service Representative
The advisor will be responsible for providing all administrative support needed by the business and generally handling any queries that come through from our dedicated client base in a quick and professional manner ensuring client satisfaction throughout.

These positions would suit an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge/step up in to a new role service role.

What you'll do:

- Providing guidance on making a claim and the involved processes
- Collecting and reviewing the necessary information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Communicating regularly with policyholders, insurers, and legal professionals
- Maintaining detailed records and reports of all claims activity
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, brokers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless claims handling service
- Provide first-line telephone, support to customers
- Identifying customer needs, correctly matching insurance products or services to assist them
- Prioritise new enquiries within strict SLAs
- Responsible for the timely renewal of policies
- Undertake post completion activities
- Process mid-term adjustments to policies
- Work co-operatively with the whole team

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a broker or Insurance environment preferred however administrative experience in other fields is fine - you must be able to show that this is an industry you want to get into
- Previous experience in a professional telephony role
- The ability to listen to clients and identify to identify client's insurance needs with due care and consideration
- Demonstrate sound understanding of standard insurance policies & articulate them to clients in an engaging and confident manner.
- Prioritise & act on new business swiftly within set target times
- The ability to work effectively and in an organised manner co-operatively as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Chasing payments/Invoicing.
- Drafting, checking and sending documentation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and organisational skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Professional and flexible work ethic

This job:

- Full Time, 40 hours, Mon to Fri 09.00 - 17.30
- Permanent role - with review on completion of successful 6-month probation period & upon receipt of satisfactory references & DBS checks
- Salary - national minimum wage - £23,000 dependent on experience
- **GCSE’s Maths & English (essential)**:
