SME Account Handler
£25,000 - £30,000 plus Benefits
Are you an insurance Account Handler with good knowledge of commercial products and experience of dealing with SME clients?
If so, a long-standing family insurance brokerage based in Worcestershire are seeking an SME Account Handler to join their team.
Working as an Account Handler for this friendly, high-street broker, you will provide expert advice to clients, assisting with the renewals process, dealing with mid-term adjustments, obtaining renewal terms, and identifying potential alternative quotations where possible.
You will be account handling for an existing book of SME commercial business. However, you may also be expected to get involved in some personal lines due to the high-street nature of the business.
Skills and Experience Required:

- You will need to have proven experience within Commercial Insurance in an Account Handler role.
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
- Be highly personable and able to develop effective relationships with an array of clients, maintaining outstanding service levels at all times.
- Be very organised and able to work effectively to deadlines.
