Calling all social media gurus If you enjoy keeping up with the latest trends, viral videos and social media influencers then this could be your calling. We are looking for Content Moderators who are fluent in Urdu (written & spoken) to join our team in our city centre site in Hope Street, Glasgow.

We are looking for the online content bingers, viral video starters (or finders), meme sharing, people’s people with a passion for social media and a love for all things trending. We want someone with moral integrity and a sense of humour, who is proactive and confident in decision-making. You’ll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content.

What you'll do
- Taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategies
- Proactively moderate and audit uploads taking the time to understand the needs of customers and the client
- Taking ownership for all videos in respective language queue
- Providing accurate monitoring of content on first instance requirement

What you'll need
- Fluency in Urdu (written & spoken) and additional knowledge of English
- Passion for social media
- Prior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous)
- Experience in content mining and reviewing
- Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
- Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
- Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows
- Adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
