**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

My client is a London based specialist contractor that specializes in diamond drilling and firestopping and has been in business since 1992. They offer a wide range of services, including diamond drilling, concrete coring, concrete scanning, fire protection, builderswork, and stripout and are turning over in excess of £30m.

Committed to providing the highest quality service, they are a reliable and trustworthy company that works with many of the industries leading clients such as ISG, Sir Robert McAlpine, Overbury and Mace Group.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is looking for an experienced Passive Fire Protection Estimator as they have secured projects leading them into the new year:

- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
- Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
- Performing risk and value management and cost control
- Advising on procurement strategy
- Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
- Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
- Allocating work to subcontractors

The salary will be ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 dependent on level of exposure to industry.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3 years Estimating experience
- Previous experience in Firestopping having come up from the tools would be ideal.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
- Full driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
