**Area Sales Manager - Construction building products**

**Area**: East Midlands, Northern Home Counties, Lincs & Cambs.

As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling our clients range of structural construction products. You will be tasked with targeting key Builders Merchants Accounts that will include the likes of Travis Perkins & Jewsons as well as leadingindependent mixed buying groups including Fortis & NBG. You will be responsible for an area that is performing exceptionally well vs target.

As Area Sales Manager will be tasked with a focus on retaining strong profit margins liaising with Key Account Managers, Sales Managers & Business Unit Managers at Builders Merchants. You time with Builders Merchants will be spent building relationships,product training and building brand awareness. You will also spend time with Contractors, End-Users and Housebuilders ensuring products are chosen and specifications are protected. Orders are back sold via Builders Merchants.

- Field sales experience, having either worked for a builders merchant or sold to builders merchants is preferable.
- This would a suite 2nd / 3rd career move.
