**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Mobility Senior Specialist within BCG's LAB People Team, you will deliver LAB wide M&I team projects and initiatives while facilitating the LAB Transfer Committee. With specific responsibility for moves in and out of London, you’ll serve as a thought partner and topic expert to the wider business community, helping to structure and solve complex issues while simplifying core team processes. As a Senior Specialist you will assist with the on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

Mobility

LAB Transfer Committee operations
- Lead the logístical delivery of the LAB Transfer Committee, ensuing input for applicants across all LAB has been considered included.
- Support the Immigration and Mobility Director with a mindset of continuous improvement on how the committee is managed and delivered.
- Using Tableau, own the Mobility Data Dashboard for LAB, collaborating with the HR Data Analytics team to provide capacity data which underpins decision-making process for the transfer committee and wider people team leadership visibility

Mobility Co-ordinator London
- Communicating with transparency and empathy when delivering decision outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Point of contact for transfer stakeholders including employees, people team functions (home and Host) Global Mobility teams and PA nodes ensuring transfers happen in line with policy and process.
- Using strong communication skills and cultural awareness, collaborate across teams to facilitate the end-to-end process for transfers in and out of LON (system and geographic hosted moves), you will be the key contact for local mobility queries for existing and potential transfers.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with transfers to ensure that any local issues are flagged and resolved where possible.
- Using a problem-solving mindset when escalating non-standard issues to the Immigration and Mobility Director, presenting key facts and making recommendations for potential solutions.
- Collaborate with immigration and cross border working team to identify potential compliance risks and to agree solutions.

Mobility and Immigration Team Processes and Projects
- Proactively support the Immigration and Mobility Director with LAB wide initiatives, collaborating with local office contacts and colleagues to deliver key projects identified through LAB people team goals, feedback surveys and Global BCG Mobility policy changes.
- Responsible for the review of existing team mobility processes, ensuring fit for purposes delivery of outcomes, flag and recommend changes as needed through system change. Review updates with LAB Immigration and Mobility Director.
- Deliver team training and knowledge share across the M&I team and wider people team on updated processes and reference material.

Functional Activity
- Provide team cover across LAB during vacation and absences
- Participate in external forums and briefings to gain awareness of changes in industry and share within wider team.
- Build strong links with local office people teams and Global Mobility communities to represent system with best practice sharing across BCG.
- Contribute to team projects throughout the year.

- Proficient in all standard software used at BCG (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Undergraduate degree required
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
- A track record for being able to connect as a trusted advisor with senior colleagues with good judgment, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style
- Experience working with Excel (Advanced), Workday and Assignment Pro preferred in addition to working with collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Egnyte, Trello)
- Relevant mobility work experience, preferably in a professional services firm
