- **Role**:Night Care Assistant
- **Hours**: 18 hours per week - two shifts a week
- **Salary**:£12.34 per hour

**Please note: All Night Care Assistants will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work weekends as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.**

**As a Night Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks**:

- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities
- Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy

**Night Care Assistant Person Specification**
- Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours
