Mobile Plant Seed Operator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist in the development of the new AGS site, based at Hermitage. We are looking for a Mobile Seed Plant Operator who has the potential to help expand the operations from the site and look to further develop their career with potential future foreman responsibilities.
- Experienced operator willing to train further operators to help progress with the growth of the site and fleet
- Willing to work overtime during peak season with potential overnight stays maybe required
- Keen to lead and progress with various training opportunities available
**The role - Key responsibilities**
- Work as part of a team focused on the safe production of very best quality seed
- Adhere to and maintain safe working practices
- Establish and maintain good customer relations
- Establish and maintain good internal relations within Frontier and wider internal companies
- Key member of the onsite health and safety meetings
- Training further operatives
- Monthly stock checks
- Daily maintenance tasks needed to maintain the mobiles
- Ordering of supplies and parts
- Processing of worksheets and paperwork
