Our busy Dental Practice in Penrith is looking to appoint a Receptionist to help with the day to day running of the business.
Experience of being a Receptionist is _essential._
Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with invoices, post and referrals.
- Monitoring and submitting information for our NHS Contract
- Marketing and Social Media
- Screening patients
- Managing the Clinician diaries
- Answering the telephone
- Making appointments on our Dental Software, SOE
- Dealing with monetary transactions and cashing up
- General Administration
- Ensuring compliance for our NHS contract
Knowledge and confidence using ICT is a must to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Salary is dependent on experience.
This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday 15 hours per week over two days.

**Experience**:
