Electroplater

The EuroTech Group is a group specialising in the design and manufacture of high-end hermetic metal packages and components as well as electronic products including printed circuit boards.

We have a vacancy for an experienced Electroplater to join the Plating team based at our Exmouth site.

As an Electroplating Operative you will be responsible for the following:

- Day to day running of electroplating production lines (mainly gold and nickel)
- Monitoring and adjusting process equipment for best performance
- Maintaining cleanliness of the plating lines and production area
- Changing the settings to specific job orders
- Quality checking on first offs
- Taking parts off of jigs and inspecting them (visually)
- Regular checking of the chemicals, temperature controls, and monitoring/adjusting of machinery
- Handling hazardous chemicals

The applicant should be capable of working unsupervised, be capable of working to specific deadlines and relish the challenge of developing procedures for a wide variety of components.

We have a variety of shifts and the successful applicant would be expected to show flexibility in regards the shifts they can work.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
